I have a bad chest, cough, cold, fever, and recently experienced red blotches on my arms and face with shortness of breath. The symptoms occurred before bed last night, and this morning, my face is still hot but without blotches and with normal breathing. I have been taking Zinnat (prescribed) and Panacare for headache and fever for four days. What could be the cause of these symptoms, and what should I do?

I had an accident in elementary school that left my front teeth messed up.
