I have a congested nose and decreased sense of smell and taste following a cold. I was referred to an ENT specialist who diagnosed me with inflammation due to allergy. I am currently taking Flixonase nasal drops, prednisolone, and other medications. How long will it take for my sense of smell and taste to return, and what additional steps can I take to speed up the recovery?

What are the symptoms, treatment, and prognosis of twisted colon (colonic volvulus)? Specifically, what symptoms would a non-medical person look for, what non-surgical treatments are available, and how does it affect bowel movements and urination?

I am 15 years old and have noticed sores and a rash on my body for about 2 months. I suspect I might have an STD but cannot go to a clinic to get checked because I can't drive, have no one to take me, and can't tell my parents. How can I find out for sure if I have an STD?

I have been diagnosed with post nasal drip, which has been causing severe coughing, especially at night, and nasal blockage when lying down, leading to sleep problems. My doctor prescribed Carbocistene (Mucodyne) and nasal drops, which helped for a short period but the symptoms have returned. I am looking for additional measures or treatments that might help alleviate these symptoms.
