I am a 45-year-old healthy male who has had the flu for a week. Initial symptoms included headache, muscle ache, and fever, which were controlled with Panadol. After 3-4 days, I developed a persistent, hacking, dry cough that occurs 2-3 times a minute and seems to be worsening. I cough up light green mucus with a couple of specks of blood. My GP prescribed Kalixocin, which I've been taking for 2 days. I am experiencing shortness of breath, especially when climbing stairs, and have a muscular pain at the top of my left rib cage in my back. I am considering going to a public hospital for a more thorough check-up. What do you suggest?

I had a sore throat starting yesterday, sneezing, and slight coughing. Today, I am a little lightheaded, but the sore throat's pain has lessened. Is this a common cold? I had similar symptoms last weekend but thought I got rid of it by eating food made with ginger. I have no fever and no green sputum, just an uncomfortable thick saliva feeling around my sore throat.

I have a spontaneous hematoma in my spinal canal, causing paralysis from the ribs down. I want to compare my recovery possibilities to another patient's case, who had paralysis from just above the nipple line down. I am concerned about the recovery process, strange sensations like electrical shocks down my spine to my feet, headaches, and worsening numbness in the mornings. Could these symptoms be related to nerve damage, a CSF leak, or something else?
