I just got my hematology report and it says my WBC is low (3.9) and my lymphocyte Absolute is a bit low (1.03). My NP said everything was within normal limits, but I'm concerned. Should I be worried, and what could be causing these low values?

My husband moved out and is living with another woman. He's a drug addict and has been making bad decisions increasingly. He's been gone for 2 months. I believe his habit has much to do with his poor decision making. He says he's open to working things out with me and hasn't asked for a divorce, but he hasn't gone to a single counseling session with me. I have completed a course of antibiotics (nitrofurantoin, augmentin, doxycycline, and metronidazole) but symptoms persist, including worsening pain and urgency. I have a history of interstitial cystitis and thrush. What could be causing these symptoms and what should my next course of action be?
