Woke up feeling dizzy. I'm 45 years old, not a smoker or drinker, and not into drugs. I felt like the world was moving, had no fever, no history of heart disease or high blood pressure, and have a very athletic job delivering mail. I've been in the heat for weeks but hydrate well.
