I have been dealing with anxiety disorder for many years, with symptoms including hot flashes, loss of appetite, and occasional nausea. Recently, I've had multiple episodes in the past three months, each lasting one to two weeks. Why does it keep coming back, and should I trust my doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan?
