I have been diagnosed with Lyme disease, echogenicity of the liver, stenosis of the bladder, numerous lesions and cysts of the kidneys, high triglycerides, stenosis of the aorta, low thyroid, paresthesia, and high levels of yeast in my blood. I also have ASCUS cells with a normal CBC blood test. Should I continue ongoing antibiotic treatment, and what kind of disease do I have?

I hear a sound in my left ear that is somewhat like something flowing, almost like a hum, not an even pulse. It varies and goes away when other sounds are around. I mostly hear it at night when I try to sleep. What could this be and what should I do?
