I have been experiencing symptoms of sleepiness all day and lasting pain in my head for the past four to five years, with an increase in these symptoms over the last two years. I weigh 59 kilograms, sleep late, and have a history of fever and skin color change in 2004, which was never fully explained. I also have poor concentration and weak memory. What could be the causes of these symptoms?

Hi. I had my son 18 months ago. I had a c-section, but during the surgery, some placenta was left behind. It caused severe pain for two months, nonstop bleeding, and doctors couldn't diagnose the issue. Finally, the problem was identified, and my uterus was cleaned. Since then, I haven't had any periods, and now I'm experiencing acne on my face. I'm worried and don't know what to do. Is it normal not to have periods, or is there a problem? Please help me.
