I have been sick for a few weeks with strep throat, treated with amoxicillin. On the last day of the antibiotic cycle, I threw up and experienced extreme throat pain, swelling, and some blood in my spit and vomit. I have no fever but have had fever-like symptoms and difficulty swallowing. Should I return to the doctor or wait it out?

I have had a small hard swelling on both sides of my navel, especially after eating, with occasional twinges of pain. I've tried Motrin and apple cider vinegar with water, which provided some relief. The swelling and firmness are noticeably gone upon waking. I initially thought it might be related to my gallbladder, but there is no severe pain or other symptoms. What could this be, and what should I do to relieve the discomfort until I can see my doctor?
