I have MRI results showing a likely sequela of a ruptured/inflamed Baker cyst, small popliteal fluid, nonspecific joint effusion, posterior soft tissue edema, and fluid suggestive of a partially ruptured and possibly inflamed Baker Cyst, as well as small medical collateral ligament bursitis or minimal superficial MCL sprain. I have terrible pain and cannot walk. I live in Vernon Hills, IL 60061. What doctor's office can you recommend me? (My family doctor recommends just ice, which has not helped during the past 2 months.)

I constantly crack my fingers, neck, knees, feet, and back. I feel like I constantly need to do it, especially my hands and neck. I am 32 years old and have been doing it since I was young. Does cracking definitely cause arthritis? How much damage am I doing if any at all? What if I stop now, will I still be affected? Should I stop or slow down the cracking? How do I break the habit?
