On May 24, 2016, during a routine blood draw, the technician struck a nerve/tendon in my forearm, causing immediate pain and electrical shock sensations. Since then, I have experienced persistent pins and needles, nerve crawlings, sleep deprivation, and immune problems. My muscles have become stiff, and I have difficulty lifting even light objects. I have been attending physical therapy and changed doctors, but I have not received a diagnosis or treatment. I am scared and need help. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?

I do not smoke and only have an occasional glass of wine. What could this lump be and what should I do?

I started taking Tramadol (no Tylenol mix) and noticed my stools have turned yellow in the past two days. An ultrasound showed no issues.
