What is the appropriate treatment for a brown recluse spider bite that is 8 days old on a 26-year-old female in good health, not overweight, who does not smoke or drink?

I have numbness, tingling, and swelling mostly in my hands and ankles/feet. The more I use my hands, the more severe the pain, which wakes me up at night. I am not diabetic, arthritic, or have cardiovascular issues. My cholesterol, blood pressure, and triglycerides are very good. I take Nexium, Klonopin, and Crestor. I recently lost 5 lbs. I am 81 years old and in great health otherwise. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?

I am 27 years old and new to this forum. My last period was on July 2nd, and my periods are usually very regular (30 days). However, after an international trip in July, I experienced spotting on July 19th, which lasted for 2 days. I am trying to conceive and had sex before and after the spotting. I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms like breast soreness, but my period has not returned. I took a pregnancy test on August 8th, which was positive, but a blood test on August 10th and a home pregnancy test today were both negative. What should I do?

I take Tri-nessa as a birth control. Once in a while I accidentally forget to take a pill. If it happens two days in a row, I always start my period on the third day no matter if I take pills the days after. Is this normal?
