I noticed a small, brown spot near my anal area a few days ago. It doesn't hurt when I defecate but touching it has a slight sensation of potential pain if moved constantly. Had umbilical hernia surgery two weeks ago. Pain was mitigating nicely day by day but today during a bowel movement I had pain in the right groin area. The pain comes and goes and is like a stab/grab sensation. Also uncomfortable to sit. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
