I overdosed on tension headache pills, taking 20 of them. I've been vomiting everything I eat or drink for a whole day. What can I do to be healed?

I have been experiencing abnormal uterine bleeding for over a month, followed by fainting and vomiting after a uterine biopsy. I was prescribed progesterone, which caused severe headaches, weakness, and fatigue. Although the bleeding has stopped, I still feel fatigued, weak, and short of breath, especially after normal activities like grocery shopping. I also hear blood flow in my ears and experience hearing that fades in and out. My legs and arms feel weak, and I can sometimes hear my heartbeat. I have had blood work done and am anemic. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?

I started taking sleeping pills, specifically Ambien, during menopause about 18 years ago. I now find myself taking more than the recommended dose of 10 mg per night, sometimes up to 35 mg, especially when I can't sleep due to inactivity caused by sciatica. I also take 20 mg of Valium at night and 40 mg of Prozac in the morning. I am 74 years old and know I should not be taking these medications in such quantities. How do I safely reduce and eventually stop taking these sleeping pills?

I have a raised silver dollar-sized rash on the back of my upper thigh with a pustule in the center surrounded by small blisters. I used Neosporin for pain, which helped with discomfort but hasn't improved the rash. I'm concerned about the possibility of impetigo and transferring it via my eye drops. Should I see a doctor?
