I have these small, pinhead-sized, flesh-colored circles filled with clear fluid on the palm side of my hand/fingers. They do not hurt or cause any problems. Could this be some kind of wart?

My boyfriend was sexually abused as a child, experiencing rough anal sex and the use of sex toys, which often caused him to bleed and feel extreme pain. This abuse lasted from age 13 to 17. Now, at 26, he has sexual dysfunction, including difficulty getting an erection, minimal semen during orgasm, and feeling sore afterward. Could his prostate be permanently damaged from the abuse, and can rough anal sex cause damage?

My husband had a hemmroid that popped after he sneezed, causing him to nearly pass out. The blood was thick and dark, but it's not continually bleeding and he feels better. How can he keep it clean, and can he take a warm bath? Should he see a doctor immediately, or can we wait a day or two to see how it heals?
