I took a laxative this morning at 7:30am, and by 5pm I was able to have a bowel movement, but my stomach is still cramping. How long has this been bothering you? Are you experiencing any vomiting or nausea? Is there anything else in your medical history the doctor should know?

I have a lump on the side of my penis that has changed from a hard bump to a flat white spot over the past three months. I have not had unprotected sex, but a condom may have broken. It was initially itchy but now there's no discomfort. What could this be, and is there anything I can do to help it heal?

I visited an ENT clinic today. The doctor found a lesion in my right ear canal that looked like a large white triangle on the screen. The doctor said it was a bony growth and asked me to follow up in three months. Could he be wrong? Could it actually be cancer? How did he know it was a bony growth without biopsying it?

My son has swollen ankles after a 72-hour bus ride from NC to CA. He had sprained his ankle before the trip, but now both ankles are swollen. What should he do for it?

I had breast reconstruction surgery on March 10th and have a small black pinhole on my scar line that is draining a little bit of clear fluid. The pinhole is on the side that had radiation. The doctor doesn't think it will heal and suggests additional surgery with smaller implants. I don't understand why such a small issue won't heal and why I need more surgery. My medical history includes breast cancer, double mastectomy with expanders, radiation, and a previous surgery where I had to go with smaller implants due to slow healing from radiation.

I've noticed a very slight dull ache in my lower pelvic region that started a week ago. I think it might be due to having intercourse after a period of inactivity. Could this be due to soreness from resuming sexual activity more frequently?
