I was having issues with hard poo every 3-5 days and nothing worked. I tried having a couple of beers a day and found it helped. Why might beer help with constipation when I eat healthy and drink loads of water, and is it safe to continue this practice?

Hello, I went to the ER yesterday because the URI virus came back on me. I have COPD and told them my chest was bothering me and my sinuses. I have an appointment with an ENT today, but the ER doctor told me to cancel it as he was putting me on a z-pack. My head is hurting and my chest hurts. What should I do?

I fell on the ice on NYE and hit the back of my head hard. I experienced a sharp headache, nausea, cold sweats, and worsening vision since the fall. I did not go to the ER initially. Should I have gone, and should I still be seen by a medical professional?

After dinner, I started to feel a burning sensation at the corner of my mouth on the right side, which also spread to my throat. Now, I feel it at the corner of the left side of my mouth and into my left cheek, with the sensation still present in my throat and the right side of my mouth. I had a margarita with my dinner, and I'm wondering if it's still safe to take Benadryl and how I would know what I'm allergic to since I had the same enchiladas the other night, except for the clementines which I have eaten before.
