I have been experiencing depression and anxiety while on medication (Cymbalta and Lustral/Lexapro). I have tried adjusting the dosages but am still not feeling well. What should I do to stabilize and improve my condition?

I am a breastfeeding mother who chews tobacco and I fear my son may be affected by it. He's been spitting up a few times a day. I'm willing to try to stop or slow down but I'm wondering if it will reverse any negative effects it's had on my son or if there's anything else I should do for him along with quitting?

I fell on my knees during kickball and my entire lower leg from my knee to ankle remains bruised and I can't kneel or touch my knee without severe pain. Is it just a bruise or could I have done something worse?
