I have a single red bump at the base of the shaft of my penis. There's no burning or discomfort, but it's been there for about a month. I am 23 years old, have not had unprotected sex, and I previously shaved the area but stopped when I noticed the bump. It doesn't itch, is hard to touch, and I do sweat a lot. What could this be and what should I do?

I have been experiencing various symptoms such as a sore throat, headache, dizziness, chest pain, back pain, and difficulty breathing, especially during physical activity. I am worried about these symptoms and whether they could indicate a serious health condition like a heart attack or pulmonary embolism. What could these symptoms be and should I be concerned?

I have been experiencing low-grade fever on and off for the past two days, along with acid reflux and difficulty holding food down due to gastroparesis. I am on a J tube and G tube, and I take Pantaprozol for acid reflux and Promethazine for nausea and vomiting. I am concerned because my doctors seem to dismiss my symptoms. What should I do?

I am in love with my husband who works a lot and loves his job. We both have businesses and two children. I feel distant and unloved because we rarely have conversations, and when we do, he doesn't understand my emotional needs. He spends little time with our daughters and finds it difficult to cope with my emotions, especially after my father's death. I need emotional support, but he can't provide it. How can I improve our relationship and ensure emotional support for both of us?

I have been experiencing extreme trouble breathing and very tight chest for a few months now. I have asthma and have been insufflating pain pills for 7 years off and on. I haven't told any doctors about the insufflation, only about the breathing and chest tightness. I have had multiple chest X-rays, a CT scan with contrast, and an echocardiogram, all of which have come back normal. I feel that 75% of the time when I insufflate a pill, it causes me to use my nebulizer. If I've caused any damage, why would none of these tests show anything? I know I need to stop doing this and I'm working on it, but I'm very concerned about my breathing.
