What are the side effects of Astroglide warming liquid?

I have some pain medication from a German hospital from a couple of years ago. I forgot what the labels meant. I think it is like morphine or some kind of pain killer, but I'm not sure. I had a hip replacement and am really suffering pretty badly. I don't have my pain doctor appointment until tomorrow. The German name is Novaminsulfon-ratiopharm. Can you help?

My aspirin levels are high in my blood tests but I do not take any NSAIDs. I have not taken aspirin in 5 years. What could be causing this?

I recently noticed a small, hard bump on the top of my skull, about 2 inches from the back of my head. The bump is roughly 1 inch long and wide, with no associated redness, fever, or discharge. I have not consulted a doctor yet. What could this bump be, and should I visit a doctor for an X-ray or scan?
