Is there a cure for hidradenitis suppurativa?

I'm a 20-year-old male experiencing chest pain that occurs when I bend my body back, push my chest outwards, or squeeze my chest muscle. The pain is in the middle of my chest and feels like muscle pain. I haven't done any physical activity recently, and the pain started suddenly. Should I be worried, and what could be causing this pain?

I have a breakout on my left arm and the left side of my face. It's not acne but more like small boils that leak clear fluid. Some go away but more pop up. It's not spreading. I have used anti-itch cream and bacitracin, thinking it was poison ivy or oak because of where I work, but it isn't spreading but isn't going away. Could you tell me what it is and what to use?

I have MRI results showing a likely sequela of a ruptured/inflamed Baker cyst, small popliteal fluid, nonspecific joint effusion, posterior soft tissue edema, and fluid suggestive of a partially ruptured and possibly inflamed Baker Cyst, as well as small medical collateral ligament bursitis or minimal superficial MCL sprain. I have terrible pain and cannot walk. I live in Vernon Hills, IL 60061. What doctor's office can you recommend me? (My family doctor recommends just ice, which has not helped during the past 2 months.)
