The test detected hemoglobin, and I was on my menstrual cycle. Could the menstrual cycle have affected the results? Should I be concerned given that my blood creatinine and BUN levels were normal?

I fell and had a fairly large bruise on my side. I went to the hospital because I also hit my head, but nothing was broken. The bruise has grown to be huge, extending down into my groin and hip area. I am on blood thinners. Should I be worried?
