I noticed a small, brown spot near my anal area a few days ago. It doesn't hurt when I defecate but touching it has a slight sensation of potential pain if moved constantly. Some say it's an external hemorrhoid and others say it's a skin tag. What could it be, and is there anything I can do to treat or remove it?
