I have a dull or achy pain in my right throat and an itching sensation on my right ear. The pain started three days ago but has fluctuated. I am also trying to conceive and have been waiting for two weeks. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I drank on Tuesday night, but it wasn't a lot. Today is Friday, and I have an ETG urine test I need to do by 8 o'clock tonight for probation. I also had a UTI for which I got medicine that makes my urine red-orange in color. Will this affect the results, and what can I do to assure a passing urine sample? Any suggestions?

I had a motorcycle accident a couple of years ago and injured my back pretty badly. I was taking medication for a long time. Recently, I got into a car wreck and think I re-injured it because I'm in a lot of pain and can't sleep or concentrate, affecting my work and everyday life. I would like to be put back on my meds until I can get the money to see a doctor. I have no insurance right now.

What is a transitional vertebra with partial lumberization of what will be termed S1 on the right side? It is noted as a normal anatomic variant but is associated with low back pain according to the Dr. who read the MRI. He also says comparison with prior studies will be helpful in accurately numbering the vertebra. Also, a rudimentary S1-2 disc space is present. Otherwise unremarkable MRI of the sacrum.
