My daughter, 24, is experiencing severe joint pain in the hands and feet with swelling, low blood pressure, unexplained fevers, bruising easily, nausea, fatigue, irregular bowel movements, migraine headaches, and a rash when in the sun. She takes thyroid medication and has anemia. What could be causing these symptoms and what should be checked?

I have recurring low-grade fever, diarrhea, occasional nausea, arthritis, severe weakness, and easy dehydration. I've had numerous tests with no clear results, and I have a non-functioning immune system. I'm disabled, unable to work, and have gained weight despite previous weight stability. I've been sick since 2003 and need a diagnosis or a doctor who can help. Where should I go for help?

I have been experiencing headaches, upset stomach, neck pains, neck swelling, dark circles under my eyes, diarrhea, slight fevers, sparkly dots before my eyes, dry mouth, blurred vision, and a continuous period for the past four months. I have a history of iron deficiency, PCOS, and internal bleeding hemorrhoids. I am a smoker and have had seizures in the past. What could be causing these symptoms, and could anemia be the cause?

Hi, I had botox injection for Chronic fissure yesterday. Went well but tonight in fair amount of pain. Have read about thrombosed hemmoroid risk - is this likely and anyone know what percentage get this following this procedure? Doctor seemed very good and was proud of fact he developed using a `dental syringe` to deliver botox which meant finer needle use which benefits patient. Thanks
