I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in my right foot below the knee. The pain is severe and keeps me awake at night. I have an appointment with a doctor next week. Would a short leg cast, non-weight bearing, for 4-6 weeks help relieve the pain until a decision is made on whether to amputate or ablate the nerves?
