I have pain around my sternum that worsens with head movement, laying down, getting up, and rolling over. The pain is 3 times more severe than yesterday, rated at 7.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Is this condition common to recur, as I have experienced it three times in the past year, and this time the pain is much worse?
