I had a MOHs procedure on my scalp line 2 days ago. The edema from that is seeping into my eyelids. Do I ice the eyes? Do I ice the wound? Do I get my head lower than my body? or elevate my head?

On Monday night, I stepped onto my right foot with all my weight and felt a funny feeling in my knee, not a tear feeling or acute pain but almost through the whole knee. I did not twist the knee, just stepped hard. This happened two times over the past few months but with no residual pain. Then it began to feel a burning sensation that has persisted. I have no swelling or bruising or acute pain. I have full range of motion, no feeling of instability, although squatting down all the way makes it feel worse. It is a little tender on the front of the knee. I have iced for the first two days and tried not to do too much. What do you think happened and what should I do? Should I do quad stretches, should I do nothing, should I see a doctor?

The management cut a hole in the wall to catch water drips from a higher floor, and I had to change the towels three times a day for 8 days. One day, I was taken to the ER because I couldn't breathe, and they found my lungs were inflamed, as was my throat, and I have COPD. What are the health problems related to this exposure, and what can I do to address them?
