I herniated a disk at L5-S1 two weeks ago and am feeling much better. How much should I stretch and exercise, and when can I start lifting heavier items again?

I felt blisters while I went to the restroom. They are not painful unless I rub them and a water substance comes out, then they burn. I am married and have had unprotected sex with my husband. I take pills so that I do not have a period. The bumps are on the inside of the lips of the vagina. What could be the cause of these blisters, and what steps can I take to address them?

I took half of the first pill of Plan B because I didn't want to get pregnant, but now I do want to have a baby. I'm considering skipping the second pill. Will that help, or have I ruined my chances of getting pregnant?

I have a 2 1/2 finger separation in my abdominals, a pretty decent sized umbilical hernia, and a lot of sagging skin due to having two children. Would a general surgeon repairing the hernia also be able to fix the abdominal separation, or should I see a plastic surgeon? If the separation alone were fixed, would it affect the sagging? Can abdominal exercises and diet help with the sagging and separation?
