I have been experiencing stomach cramps, bloating, loss of appetite, and weight loss for a month. I have had a CT scan, endoscopy, biopsy, colonoscopy, and blood work, all of which were normal. I take antacids, probiotics, and anxiety medication, but my symptoms are progressing. I am concerned this could be a missed stomach cancer or other serious condition. How likely is it that this is a missed diagnosis, and what else could it be?

I have a history of stomach ulcers and have been taking blood pressure medication and aspirin for the past 4 years. Recently, I experienced indigestion and ulcer symptoms that have subsided with over-the-counter drugs. However, I've noticed a new issue where it feels like a spasm behind my sternum, which twitches and radiates slightly up my esophagus. This lasts for about 15-20 minutes and is accompanied by gurgling sounds in my stomach and an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. My vocal cords also seem irritated, causing hoarseness. What could be causing the twitching?
