A motion to dismiss was granted by a magistrate, and I did not plead enough against one defendant. I have tomorrow to object to the report and need to file an amended complaint. Should I still object for the record, and how should I proceed with filing the amended complaint?

Will willingly going to rehab prevent my husband from getting a federal firearms license (FFL) if he has been using drugs, and how is it legal for rehab facilities to report whether someone was in rehab or not? Are there any truly confidential treatment options?

I filed an appeal against a decision made in an administrative hearing (Department of Human Services) for terminating my eligibility. I lost that appeal but discovered fraud and fraudulent documents used in the appellee's exhibits. What should I do now? Should I motion the court to dismiss the judgment on fraud, appeal all over, make a separate claim, or take it to federal court? What is the best option for a pro se litigant?

I have a question about voting rights in my HOA. The HOA passed a decision without my vote, and I was not informed about the meeting where this decision was made. The decision was to change the responsibility for window and skylight repairs from the HOA to individual owners. I need to know if the HOA can pass decisions with partial votes and if I can bring this issue back to the table at the next meeting. Additionally, I need an answer from an Oregon lawyer regarding this matter.
