My 30-year-old son, who is on vacation in New Orleans, has gone missing. He did not return to his hotel room, does not answer text messages, and called back once but his voice in the background was giving him instructions on what to say before the phone was hung up. The GPS locator in his cell phone has been turned off. He was approached by both a gay guy and a good-looking woman at a local bar in New Orleans, and shortly after 2:30 am, he left the group he was with and has not been seen since. We had tour tickets and restaurant reservations that have expired. What should I do?

I have been dealing with a legal situation for the past 3 months, contacting numerous attorneys who all say the same thing about the excessive and possibly illegal billing by a former attorney. Despite this, no one is willing to help due to the influence of the former attorney and the judge's desire for re-election. I have been to court twice, with the judge extending the trial date twice, stating I should appear on November 6 with or without an attorney. I am physically and emotionally exhausted and unsure of what to do next. Is there any recourse or organization I can turn to for help?

I worked as a barber for nine years, and if people came in for haircuts, I had to stay. I was paid $10.00 an hour, and if I worked 2 hours overtime, I just received my hourly rate. No overtime was paid. What are my rights regarding overtime pay?

I have a default judgment against me in Fresno, CA, but the case is in Martinez, CA. The proof of service indicates that a company called Cal Serve in Southern California served an adult woman at a place I didn't live and to a person who doesn't exist. The owner of the served address confirmed that no one by that name ever lived there. Can I sue the proof of service agency, and who should I contact to prosecute them for providing false proof of service? This default judgment caused me to lose my job.
