Someone is continually using my wish account even after changing cards. This person has changed shipping addresses and has charged over $100 in October/November, $85 in December, and another $12 in January. I don't want this person to go to jail, just put the fear of god in her and get my money back.

What legal steps can be taken regarding the nursing home's negligence?

I purchased a puppy from a breeder with a 10-year health warranty, but the breeder did not honor the return policy as stated on her website and contract. After returning the puppy, I faced issues with getting a refund and was threatened with a lawsuit by the breeder for disputing the charge. Can the breeder sue me for disputing the charge, claiming lost trust in credit card payments, or for time spent resolving the dispute? What kind of lawsuit could she file, and what steps can I take to recover my money?

I've been with a company for 12 years, making top sales as a server, but I'm paid too low to keep the job. Despite my performance, I haven't been promoted, while others who have been with the company for less time have been promoted to higher positions. Should I stay with the company, and what's the best course of action given my long tenure and low pay?

A female Korean friend married an American man and now he has filed for an annulment without informing her, alleging fraud. She is concerned about potential legal repercussions, especially since she is currently in South Korea and does not wish to fight the annulment. Is there an agency or organization in America that helps foreign women in such situations?
