Is a contract enforceable if it only states what is expected of one of the parties? My 13-year-old daughter took dance lessons at a dance studio that requires signing a contract stating you will stay for a year and pay for the year, but it doesn't state what services and expectations they will provide. When one of the dance teachers talked to my daughter disrespectfully, she became emotionally distraught and did not want to return, so I decided to leave and break the contract. The studio owner is suing me. All services actually received were paid in full. What are my rights?

Is it legal in the State of NH for a personal lender to harass, bully, sexually harass, stalk, and threaten the borrower? The borrower asked for a 6-month extension with her payments, and the lenders agreed to re-negotiate the terms of the loan if the borrower got into financial trouble, as per the promissory note. The borrower has been diagnosed with PTSD due to the harassment, and the lenders have interfered with the borrower's business by harassing employees and clients. The lenders are now suing the borrower for money and asking for a higher interest rate. Is this legal in the State of NH?
