I have filed an Answer to the original petition and responded to the Request for Admissions within the required timeframes. The plaintiff has now filed a Motion for Summary Judgment based on my responses. How should I structure my response to the Motion for Summary Judgment, and what are the relevant elements for establishing an enforceable contract in Texas?

My condo building was severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy, with the roof blown off and the building evacuated. Everything was ruined, and I was told not to return until late May. My two-bedroom unit had all its contents thrown out, and the building was stripped down to the framework. Should I be paying my condo fees from November to May?

I have a trucking company putting a failed drug test on my DAC report. At the time, I did not have a Class A license or even work for them. I was attending their driving school and failed a drug test, which I believe was a false positive because I don't use any type of drugs. The doctor did not ask me about kidney stones and problems I have or about any over-the-counter drugs I was taking. Is there anything I can do to get this off my DAC report, especially since I got my Class A license two months after this happened, so my DAC report should have started when I got my license, not before?

As a physician practicing in Alaska, I encountered resistance from a technician and an administrator regarding my order for a standard plain x-ray procedure on a patient with a long-standing sacral pressure sore. The technician and administrator refused to carry out the order, citing the lack of scanning capabilities and suggesting an MRI or nuclear med study instead. I am seeking clarification on the legal obligation of the hospital to carry out my medical orders and how to address this situation.
