I have a purchase offer on my condo property in Boulder, CO. In the contract to buy, there is a request for Owner's Association Documents. When I contacted my management company (RealManage), they told me they cannot tell me the cost for providing that documentation; that they will include the cost as part of my closing. How do I know that they won't charge some exorbitant amount if I don't know ahead of time what their charge will be? My real estate agent says he has never seen something like this, in his 25 years in the business, and I am flummoxed.

I received a judgment granting the motion to dismiss my complaint by the defendants in a foreclosure case. The case was dismissed without prejudice in federal court, and the basis for the lawsuit was civil rights and the Freedom of Information Act. What is the best way to handle this matter, and can I refile the lawsuit?

I purchased a secondhand Hydrafacial machine for my business. The company that makes the machines is sending me letters stating I am infringing on their trademark and demanding I pay $7,500 to use the term Hydrafacial. I thought I would be protected by Fair Use of trademarks to conduct business. What should I do, as they are threatening legal action if I don't comply?

Can I use a business name of a business that is no longer in business for my new nationwide product-selling business, especially if someone else used the name in Oklahoma but appears to no longer be in business?

Is it possible in a Minnesota unemployment fraud overpayment case to negotiate to reduce the interest charges? My principal amount, including penalties, started at about $3,000 but has now increased to over $14,000. I would be willing to pay an amount close to the original $3,000 immediately to clear this, but I cannot see myself ever managing to pay off the $14,000 as I am nearly 54 years old and have no retirement or savings at all.
