My cleaning lady left the water on in my mobile home, causing a flood that damaged the front bedroom and bathroom. The floor became soft and required a new floor and rug, costing over $1,000 in U.S. currency. She refuses to help or pay for the damage. I want to take her to small claims court. What steps should I take, and how can I obtain her current address for legal proceedings?

Recently had a mold test done in our rental home in Washington State and found that we need to vacate immediately based on the results. Are we able to get any previous rent paid back, any reimbursement for ruined furniture, and legally break the lease without obligations for future rent or moving back into the house once repaired?

Since I did not want anything to do with a robbery, and the person I gave a ride to was driving my car when I got to it, how likely is it that they will get a conviction for the murder charge against me?

I have an abandoned vehicle that was paid for by my late girlfriend for her stepdaughter. The car is titled in Florida, but it's been at my house in Virginia since May. The stepdaughter hasn't come to get it despite being asked to do so. What are my legal rights regarding this vehicle, and what should I do if the stepdaughter shows up after I apply for an abandoned vehicle designation?

I have been caring for my 83-year-old mother, who has become angry with me and my daughter for not supporting her untruthfulness. She has changed the locks to her house and removed me from anything associated with her. She has a handwritten will that is not notarized. What are my legal rights if she were to die, and do I have any rights to access the house legally? The house is in my deceased father's name, and he did not have a will. The situation is in Nashville, Tennessee.
