My 11-year-old daughter told her teacher that her mom is a smoker and an alcoholic. The school called my wife to a meeting and requested she stop smoking and drinking, and they are reporting this to the school board for investigation. The school now wants to visit our home. There is no abuse in the home, and my daughter is not in need of anything. What can the school board do, and what should my course of action be?

Last weekend, my family and I went to a hotel in Bushkill, Pennsylvania, and when we were snow tubing, we were sliding along and it turned out that there was a frozen lake at the end, all 4 of us fell into it. We lost items and ended up in the hospital. In the place we were, there wasn't a sign or any light. The area belongs to the hotel. Do I have rights?

A NY City Marshall has placed a levy on my bank account for $14,000, which is twice the amount of a Civil Claim Judgement awarded to a Credit Card company for $7,319.
