Can I sue the tow company and/or the landlord of the property for the $277.35 they charged me to return my vehicle after it was towed from a private lot next to a concert venue, despite the lot being full and the signs being small and hard to see at night?

My husband and I purchased an individual insurance plan through BC/BS of TN. I recently tried to log in to our insurance account and have forgotten my user ID. I called BCBS and was told under HIPAA laws, they can only give the user ID to my husband because he is the subscriber. Since I logged in to this account originally, I know the online access shows all EOB's recorded in our joint private insurance account. The insurance company will not give me the USER ID for my account. They say there is only one subscriber per account and it was set up as my husband. Therefore, no one can access the account but him. Can someone please provide an answer or explanation?

I have a res judicata problem in the United States District Court. The originating loan defendants received a default judgment through an incompetent attorney in New York State Supreme Court – Kings County where the following items were dismissed: 1.) Breach of Contract, 2.) Breach of Fiduciary, and 3.) HOEPA. Now that I have initiated my own case Pro Se in the United States District Court, these same originating loan defendants are using res judicata to defeat my new and old claims. Is there any method that I can successfully use to proceed against the originating loan defendant in order to plead any of my new and/or old causes of actions, which were not dismissed by the NYS Supreme Court – Kings County without conceding to res judicata under the USDC’s FRCP 12(b)(6) and/or FRCP 56.1?

My wife's car broke down and was towed to a dealership. The dealer found a blown engine and replaced it with a used engine from a salvage yard, charging me $1830 upfront. They promised the car would be ready in a week, but after driving 450 miles and incurring additional expenses, I found out the car wasn't ready. Over a month later, they informed me the car was fixed but the cost was 62% more than agreed. Do I have a case for a lawsuit, and can I sue for $1,000,000 for emotional, mental, and physical distress, inconvenience, lost income, and additional expenses?
