I had 4 root canals done on my front teeth by a dentist office in Lawrence, MA, called Community Dentist. I've been back 4 times to have the same front tooth glued back on until it can't be done anymore. A second replacement tooth has broken in half and a third tooth that they inserted has popped loose and is hanging from my mouth. I've gone to another dentist who has refused to work on my mouth until another specialist looks at the X-rays because he thinks there is a separation in one of the canals that might be a broken instrument or something. I'm in constant pain because of this new tooth hanging from my mouth and I've lost 10lbs in the last two weeks because I can't chew food. Not to mention that I talk with my hand over my mouth because it's a mess. Do I have a case?

One Board member is causing significant issues in our HOA, including releasing executive Board minutes to a local newspaper, defaming my character on social media, and making false accusations of theft without proof. He has also attempted to access community bank accounts and is creating chaos at meetings. Our HOA attorney is reluctant to send him a letter.
