The helper, who is not authorized to drive the vehicle, drove it home after work and hit a person the next morning on the way back to work. My commercial insurance denied the claim because he was not listed on the policy. What could happen to me or my company, and what should I do at this point?

I was wrongfully accused and charged with attempted first degree murder and aggravated assault in 1994 in Arizona. While fighting the criminal case, I was served with a civil lawsuit by the victim, my wife, who was also made a party to this lawsuit. I filed motions for appointment of counsel and to set aside default judgments while incarcerated, but received no responses. The default judgment was entered against us for one million dollars. I was found not guilty of all criminal charges. The plaintiff passed away in 2007, and the attorney keeps renewing the judgment every five years. My wife and I want to know what we need to do to get this lawsuit set aside and removed from our record.

The planes fly low all day, every day. We have lived here for 7 years, and this issue started last summer. We live in Fort Mill, SC, and the airport is in Charlotte, NC.

I had an arthroscopy on my hand under full anesthesia at a surgical center, which relieved my pain and made my hand functional again. The provider filed the claim on my behalf, but Medicare's appeal decision was unfavorable, stating that the services are not covered in this place of service. Medicare says I am responsible to pay the bill and I can appeal their decision within 180 days. What argument can I give Medicare, and can the provider bring legal action against me to satisfy their billing?

Jim and I recently married, second marriage for us both. He owns a rental property business. About 2 weeks ago we bought a house. It is in his business name. My name is not on any paperwork. My signature was not required on any documents. Am I still co-owner? If something happens to Jim, what rights do I have to the house and business?
