What is the procedure to file a motion to have my ex declared a vexatious litigant in family court in northern California? He continues to file motions that I win and it's just to harass me. I looked at the form MC-700 and it doesn't seem it's what I need. Do I file something, make a motion in court?

Additionally, if the owner sells the Florida and North Dakota properties and does a 1031 exchange, should they consolidate everything back to a NYC-based LLC for the exchange?

I want to know if I have a legitimate reason to file a complaint against a lawyer who prosecuted a family member's murder case. The lawyer, who is a high school friend of my husband, engaged in inappropriate Facebook messenger flirtations and allegedly propositioned my husband for sex. These interactions have caused me significant distress, triggering PTSD flashbacks. My family is concerned that pursuing this matter could jeopardize the upcoming appeal. I do not have physical proof of these conversations as they were deleted. What are my legal grounds for filing a complaint, and could it affect the appeal process?
