I have a former coworker who is threatening to blackmail me by spreading private information about my past sexual relationship with another coworker. She is also contacting my ex-girlfriend and threatening to confront me at my apartment. No physical threats were made. Is there precedent for a civil suit here or could this be criminal?

What type of auto insurance coverage limits should I purchase on a 2003 Honda CRV and a 2010 Honda Fit, given my financial situation and the fact that my daughter drives the 2010 Honda Fit at an out-of-state college? My net worth is approximately $15,000, I'm 47 years old, have good credit, a good driving record, and do not own a home or have a savings account. I live in Nevada, and my daughter lives in Oregon. Both vehicles are owned, and the 2010 Honda Fit is financed.

My "Green Sheet" states that I will be reviewed for parole in August 2012 or upon successful completion of three months on pre-release. I've done that but don't know how to contact the Board to review me again. I have served 20 years in prison and I am ready to be out on parole at my home!

My wife was at work and not feeling well, so she asked to go home. Her supervisor assumed she was drunk from the previous night's anniversary celebration and refused to let her leave. She started exhibiting symptoms like slurred speech, dropping things, and poor balance. Her supervisor continued to insist she was drunk and wouldn't let her go home until I intervened. It turned out she had a stroke and is now in rehab with no insurance and significant medical bills. Do I have any legal recourse against her employer or supervisor?
