In a decision and order, the judge used a quote from an unsigned deposition to form a basis for why my case should remain defaulted. I argued that this deposition was improper as it was never provided to the deposed to verify. Opposing counsel argued that it lacks merit for appeal because it was not objected to at the inquest hearing. Is the decision still appealable?
