I would like to make an anonymous $25k donation to a church, and I am not sure the best way to do it. I know that withdrawing that much from a bank would trigger a mandatory report to the IRS, which wouldn't be a problem except I'm afraid I might get accused of money laundering. I'm thinking I might need to form a business or trust and make the donation that way?

I owe back taxes from 2015 in the sum of $14,000. I had taken the services of Community Tax to assist me with some relief. I have been with them since February and paid them about $4,000. After getting the runaround for months, I have not had any results. I would like to know if I can sue them for fraud and get my money back?

Is there a legal action that can be taken against ongoing defamation in a group of associated churches around the country against three former leaders who have been found innocent by many church members, and also against myself as I have been defamed for defending them on our internet forum since 2006? I am located in WA and am considering a defamation lawsuit, but would prefer a less protracted solution such as a letter from a lawyer that could lead to a settlement with confessions to the churches.

I fell on the steps of my son's rental property in New Jersey, resulting in a severe ankle injury requiring surgery. I now experience burning pain and arthritis in the ankle, making daily activities difficult. The property was poorly maintained, and despite this, the owner claims the steps were not out of code because the house was built in 1952. My lawyer has not prepared me adequately for the deposition, and I feel the settlement offer is inadequate. What steps can I take to improve my case and potentially force my attorney to push for a trial or consider a new attorney?
