I am a female interventional cardiologist in private practice, the only female among ~40 male colleagues, who are discriminating against me by restricting my hospital privileges through sham peer review committees. I want to file a case of gender discrimination in federal court. Do I need to go through the EEOC, and can I file for an emergency injunction to restore my privileges and release documents under federal statutes like 42 USC 1981-1985?
