I am a successful real estate broker/developer who has been a victim of identity theft. Someone who looks like me has used my stolen credit cards and driver's license, leading to false arrest records and mug shots being associated with my name. What civil rights are violated if a person is arrested based on another person's statement for embezzlement, given that the arrested person had full power of attorney (POA) and medical power of attorney (MPA), and the police officer never spoke with the arrested person, nor was the person properly processed from fingerprinting to being presented before a magistrate, and was taken directly to jail and to court the next day? The investigating officer called the next day after the arrest to speak with the arrested person.

I'm a senior social work student interning at a state agency in Idaho. I was asked by my immediate boss if I was still interested in being a foster parent for a client under 18 who is now expecting. I consulted with the client's case worker, who agreed for me to take the client home for the night. My 10-year-old son was pulled out of class by a teacher who questioned him about having a girlfriend, then threatened to suspend him, write him up for sexual harassment, and take his recess away, all because other girls in the class felt uncomfortable.
