As an MRI tech who worked independently at the same hospital for 5 years, I am concerned about management's decision to promote a part-time tech to full-time by overlapping 9 of my 10-hour shifts with her. This part-time tech is not qualified for her position and has previously caused issues, including making false statements about me to patients, not knowing how to perform exams, and endangering patients by leaving an oxygen tank in the MRI room. If I have been accused of dinging someone’s door but I didn’t do it, what can I do if the person gets my license number? Can I be held responsible for leaving the scene after discussing it with the person and definitely knowing that I did not dent his door? What can he do with my license number? Can I get charged with a misdemeanor because I left? Although I did not dent this man's car, should I call the police myself and make a report before he does?

I have a civil lawsuit with Gurstel Law firm representing Midland Credit. I started paying them back $100 a month, but our mediation was cancelled due to lack of mediators. They asked for a phone meeting, but I never received paperwork for a court date today. I don’t know what to do. What steps should I take to resolve this situation?
