Can I work as a tax attorney in a law firm in Pennsylvania if I am licensed in Ohio and not in Pennsylvania, and will I be able to practice federal law?

I work in Alabama. My job was abolished and scheduled to be centralized to Florida. Due to this displacement, I've accepted another job. Does my employer still owe me severance pay?

Can a city-owned sanitation collector enter into the commercial market outside their city limits and pick up trash for a fee? Additionally, can they bid on commercial/residential accounts within their city limits? RE: Cheraw, Swink, Sugar City, and Rockyford, Colorado.

My current employer is forcing me to put my two weeks notice in because he believes that my Kansas State University course schedule for the fall of 2008 will not "work" with my work schedule. He is working with other students and their class schedules. Can he force me to put my two weeks notice in, and am I being discriminated against?

I had a legal name change about 10 years ago. I want to remove the 'new' middle name portion only and restore my birth middle name portion. The courthouse clerk said I would have to file a whole new name change form again, including fingerprints, as amendments are only for mistakes on the original name change form. The Birth records division said only an amendment would be necessary. How do I do this? What words do I say?
