I am evicting a tenant in Arizona. I have given a 5-day notice and received a letter of hardship to avoid homelessness. What steps should I take next, and can the tenant claim any hardship other than COVID-19 to delay the eviction?

My father, who has serious health conditions including kidney failure, severe heart problems, and high blood pressure, is involved in an affair with a medical assistant at his doctor's office in Georgia. This assistant has accessed his personal files, obtained our address, and made threats. We have contacted the doctor's office but no action was taken. What legal steps can be taken to address this situation?

My mortgage was bought out by Shellpoint Mortgage after my former finance company filed bankruptcy. Since they took over, my payments have been applied improperly (not applied, misapplied, applied then reversed), resulting in late fees and potential credit report issues. I've tried to resolve these issues directly with Shellpoint but have been unsuccessful. They have low ratings online and have been involved in several lawsuits regarding payment and fee issues. What steps should I take to address this situation, and should I consider hiring an attorney?

If I believe that emancipation is in my best interest and I have a friend who has agreed to let me move in when I decide to emancipate myself, while I would still be paying half of the rent, electricity, and any other apartment-related payments, would I have a greater chance at getting emancipated if I bring it to the courts? I am 16 years old and will be turning 17 in January. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have experienced physical altercations with my mother, including being pushed into a bookshelf and having a finger pulled to the point of injury. My father has not intervened to help. I have voice memos of arguments and incidents where my mother has tried to prevent me from leaving with my father. I want to know if I need my parents' consent for emancipation and what steps I should take to start the process.

I have a specific question about statutes in New Jersey. I'm writing a Pro Se Appellate brief and cannot introduce new evidence, but I have new information that goes towards the merits of the underlying case which was unavailable during the trial. What is the statute number for this situation in New Jersey?
