I am filing a Motion for Dismissal against a 3rd party debt collector in Massachusetts, but I live in Hawaii and have not been properly served. I am preparing to file Answers, a Letter & Motion for Dismissal, a Sworn Denial, and Discovery requests. Will any of these filings waive my jurisdictional challenge, and should I cite Hawaii Civil Procedure or Massachusetts' for Discovery/Admissions?
